Holy Ghost’s Many Varied Characteristics

The Holy Ghost,  the third member of the tri-union God,  appears to be anything anyone wants it to be.

1. In John 14:26, the Holy Ghost is spoken of as a person or personal God.

2. In Luke 3:22, the Holy Ghost changes, and assumes the form of a dove.

3. In Matt. 8:16, the Holy Ghost becomes a spirit.

4. In John 1:32, the Holy Ghost is presented as an inanimate, senseless object.

5. In John 5:7, the Holy Ghost becomes a God – the third member of the Trinity.

Constantine created the “universal” or “Catholic” religion to stop religious factions from waring against each other.  In doing this he made an amalgamation name from the names from all the religious factions.  That amalgamation name was “Jesus Christ.”

In 325 C.E. in a vote 218 to 2, Jesus was elected God (at Nicea).

In those days there was an Egyptian Priest named Arius who led a movement that didn’t believe that Jesus was a co-equal with God.  He had a large following called Arians.  Then there were the Greek Christians led by Athanasuis who taught that Jesus was a God.  These two groups had competed for centuries as to what was the true status of Jesus.

The crucifixion device used by the Romans was a “stauros.”  A stauros was a mere large tall stake.  It was used to execute criminals and other unwanted people.  It used in various methods.

The Christians constantly proclaim that Jesus was the Messiah, and that he fulfilled all the requirements described in the Old Testament. The Torah (Old Testament) describes six criteria which must be fulfilled before a person can be declared the Messiah.
